Who is responsible

What we collect
For each person on the order: full name and ID or passport number. For you: email, postal address and billing address. Payments go through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
Only to apply for your licence, send it to you, handle payment and receipts, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
DGRM, to issue the licence. Our payment providers (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), to take payment. Hosting and email services that help us run the site, under data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then delete them. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@easyfishingpermit.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as CNPD in Portugal.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed to run the site and checkout. No advertising or tracking cookies.
